1
We start with a call to learn about your student’s goals and explain how our SAT® Prep program works. Together, we’ll outline the right path to success.
2
Your student completes an initial assessment in Math, Reading, and Writing. This gives us a clear picture of strengths and areas to focus on.
3
Based on the results, we recommend the right class plan and get started. From the first session, your student works one-on-one with expert tutors, following a program tailored to their progress.
Every student’s SAT journey starts with a two-part diagnostic process:
A skill-based assessment to identify foundational strengths and areas of improvement across key academic areas.
A shortened SAT-style test that mimics the real exam’s structure, providing insight into how students apply their knowledge under test conditions.
This comprehensive evaluation allows us to personalize your SAT prep, ensuring you focus on the areas that will have the biggest impact on your final score.
Zinkerz offers one-on-one SAT® prep designed for each student’s unique needs.
Our program includes:
We prioritize teaching the core concepts behind SAT questions, ensuring students develop a strong academic foundation.
From Desmos graphing techniques for math to reading comprehension and grammar rules for verbal, we teach proven strategies that improve accuracy and efficiency.
Our SAT® tutors continuously adjust lessons based on student progress, ensuring they receive personalized support every step of the way.
We analyze mock test results and homework to fine-tune study plans, making sure students are on track to reach their goals.
Students practice with full-length practice tests and section-based mock exams, replicating the digital SAT environment for maximum test-day confidence.
On average, Zinkerz students see a 350-point improvement from their first to last exam.
At Zinkerz, we offer personalized SAT prep designed to help students reach their highest potential. Our expert educators understand that no two students are the same, which is why we craft individualized learning plans based on each student’s goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Go Further in Your SAT® Prep
For students looking for an immersive SAT® prep experience, we offer Zinkerz SAT® Camp, combining intensive test prep with college exposure.
Want to know your current score?
The SAT® test adjusts difficulty based on performance, requiring a strategic approach to each module. Many colleges allow students to combine their highest Math and Verbal scores from different test dates, maximizing their overall SAT® score. Unlike AP exams, the SAT® tests broad literacy and quantitative skills, making school coursework highly relevant.
Comprehensive test prep including practice tests, subject review materials, personalized study plans, strategy sessions, and progress tracking.
Typically 3-5 hours per week, including scheduled sessions and independent practice work.
Yes, all our programs offer a complimentary consultation to assess your needs and explain the approach.
Coaches are chosen based on their SAT® expertise, teaching experience, track record of score improvements, and ability to match student learning styles.
We begin with diagnostic exams, we monitor their performance all the way through when a child is taking classes with us. We take all of their scores from mocks, mock sections they’ve completed for homework, other homework, and practice sets. And we analyze that data to determine the areas in which they need help.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to the SAT®. While some students make rapid gains, significant score increases take time, practice, and a personalized strategy.
Beware of companies that guarantee specific score improvements—real SAT® success comes from consistent effort, expert guidance, and targeted preparation. Zinkerz ensures that each student maximizes their potential based on their unique starting point and goals.
We teach a number of different strategies that are essential for SAT® success. For Math, we practice using Desmos and taking educated guesses. On the verbal side of things, we teach, review, and practice applying a number of grammar rules for conventions of standard English, reading different kinds of passages, whether that be poetry, literature, a scientific or more expository passage. The key to SAT® mastery is guided help in learning how to apply those strategies.
